Rendering

BASE315 wanted to introduce, within its range, a new service that is particularly requested by a specific type of customer which includes construction companies, architects and interior designers and real estate agencies.

This is the creation of rendering, an English term which identifies a 3D graphic reconstruction of an object, place or property (both with an external focus than internal), created starting from the data provided by a technical project.

Rendering is used for various purposes, including that of allowing the user of a project to fully and immediately understand its final appearance.

In the real estate field, in particular, the use of this technique has dominated the scene in recent years and it is not difficult to understand why.
In fact, the rendering allows potential buyers to perceive how the property will actually look like, of which they have only viewed the project.
It is clear what enormous difference there is between examining a floor plan, therefore a two-dimensional representation of an apartment, compared to a three-dimensional image that also illustrates its details and finishes.

Since 2018, BASE315 is finally able to offer its customers this additional service.
